Konto löschen – Tank Crumble

In der App

1. Tank Crumble öffnen.
2. Oben rechts auf das Zahnrad (Einstellungen) tippen.
3. „Konto löschen“ wählen und bestätigen.

Das Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten werden sofort gelöscht. Laufende Tagesspiele werden vorher verlassen.

Ohne App

Schreib eine E-Mail an games@coolpixx.de mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“ und einer dieser Angaben, damit wir dein Konto finden:

• deine Konto-ID (steht in der App unter Einstellungen), oder
• die E-Mail-Adresse deines Google-Kontos, falls du das Spiel mit Google verknüpft hast, oder
• die Google-Bestellnummer (beginnt mit „GPA.“) eines Kaufs.

Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir das per E-Mail.

Was gelöscht wird

Konto-ID, Spielername, Münzen, Gegenstände, Erfolge, Spielverläufe, Nutzungsstatistik, Push-Token, Kaufdaten und, falls verknüpft, Google-Konto-ID und E-Mail-Adresse. Es bleiben nur Summen ohne Bezug zu deinem Konto (zum Beispiel „so oft wurde Waffe X verwendet“) sowie Absturzberichte, die nie einem Konto zugeordnet waren und nach 90 Tagen gelöscht werden.

In the app

1. Open Tank Crumble.
2. Tap the gear icon (settings) at the top right.
3. Choose “Delete account” and confirm.

The account and all data linked to it are deleted right away. Running daily games are left first.

Without the app

Send an email to games@coolpixx.de with the subject “Delete account” and one of these, so we can find your account:

• your account ID (shown in the app's settings), or
• the email address of your Google account, if you linked the game with Google, or
• the Google order number (starting with “GPA.”) of a purchase.

We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Account ID, player name, coins, items, achievements, match history, usage statistics, push token, purchase data and, if linked, Google account ID and email address. Only totals without any link to your account remain (for example “weapon X was used this often”), and crash reports, which were never linked to an account and are deleted after 90 days.
